ATTENTION TO DETAIL

Textures in Medievalism are or made procedurally or done with photogrammetry to achieve detailed and realistic results. All textures are created in the PBR (Physically Based Rendering) format for reflective and bumpy surfaces, while some include POM (Parallax Occlusion Mapping) as well for extra depth, that closely resemble real-world environments with exceptional detail. Resource packs containing textures come in 4 dimensions, from highest detail in 2K or x2048, perfect for macro shots, to more optimized and compressed formats of x1024, x512 and x256 that greatly increase real-time render speeds for a smoother gameplay on lesser hardware.

REALISTIC MEDIEVAL BLOCKS

Medievalism offers a selection of hyper-realistic looking models and building components that are used as blocks in Minecraft. With these players have complete freedom to create infinite number of possibilities for medieval environments. Medievalism blocks are designed to be mixed and matched seamlessly, with a very quick and easy way to create outstanding looking builds, from castles, castle towers, palace halls, churches, town houses and many more.

NEW MEDIEVALISM MOD

Medievalism mod is where the game truly starts to ascend to a whole new level. Using complex geometry, outside the limits of standard Minecraft blocks, this is a perfect mod to bring more life to your builds for interiors as well as exteriors. With it you can place blocks of shapes you’ve never seen before in Minecraft which adds layers and layers of expressive freedom. Unfortunately due to enhanced model geometry it does take a toll on performance. Luckily there are many ways to optimize your game to achieve best possible gameplay experience.
